When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help — but once your parcel has been invoiced or dispatched, it can’t be amended and will fall under our Returns Policy.

Can I add to my order after checkout?

We’re unable to add items once an order is placed. You can simply place a new order for the additional styles you love!

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free standard shipping on all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150, standard shipping is $7.99 AUD or express is $12.99 AUD.

How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

  • Standard: 3–8 business days
  • Express: 1–4 business days
What’s your returns policy?

We offer free returns within 14 days on all full-priced orders. Simply lodge your return via our Returns Portal.

Can I exchange my item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges, but you can return your item for a store credit and reorder the correct size or style.

My item arrived faulty or incorrect - what now?

We’re so sorry this happened. Please email photos and your order details to hello@withamei.com.au, and our team will take care of it for you right away.
